OK, I lost my focus and energy, but now it's time to re-energize and get moving. Not a bad week last week, but got sloppy in recording my food.... and we KNOW what happens next : ( Got a new cookbook (The Biggest Loser Family Cookbook) and have lots of new recipes I'll be trying next week! Here's to a new start!
146.5 lb Lost so far: 1.5 lb.    Still to go: 26.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
