Getting back on track with recording what I eat, but not as consistently as I want to yet. Starting using my Wii again but need to do it more frequently. Lost a bit this week, but not enough so it's time to get serious!! Ah, big success, I finally figured out how to use the bar code scanner on my Droid!!! What a handy tool that will be!

OK, I lost my focus and energy, but now it's time to re-energize and get moving. Not a bad week last week, but got sloppy in recording my food.... and we KNOW what happens next : ( Got a new cookbook (The Biggest Loser Family Cookbook) and have lots of new recipes I'll be trying next week! Here's to a new start!
