Eating out twice yesterday will spike things for a day or two. My legs feel heavy today. Maybe it was all the walking to and from dinner. Glad it is an off day for working out.
199.4 lb Lost so far: 9.2 lb.    Still to go: 16.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
