I'm not too worried about the one pound gain: I did mess up this last week (PMS) and was weighed on different scales; probably a little of that is water weight, too. Going to go one Cabbage Soup next week. The next couple of days might be hard on The Count. :)
197.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 62.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
