Well - here I go!! The first day of the rest of my long life!! I feel it's my last-ditch attempt at weight-loss. My physical health issues mean I hardly move around, and rarely go out, so I need to try something that doesn't focus on diet/exercise. Right now, I feel excited and motivated!!
257.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 103.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

this site is great. I started in April. I was at my highest weight aht I have ever been at not being pregnant. My confidence was so bad too. Just start moving! Drink lots of water. Be accountable for the food that goes into your mouth. Use this website to track your calories. You will see results. I was at 268 in April .. now I am at 231. I have a ways to go, but this doesn't happen over night. It is a life long commitment and once we get where we want to be... we can't change our habits to the way we were... because sooner or later we will be back where we started!
