I must report that I am moving up in the world. Have stopped limiting my diet to only Lean Cuisine and Healthy Choice meals. I am now eating Stouffers.

187.8 lb Lost so far: 58.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
