Weekend is here!


Finished another challenging WOD & shredded 850 Cals!!

Concentrated on Wall Ball & Medicine Ball Slams to raise the heartbeat ❤️. Reached 130 and maintained for over 30 minutes!!

Time to make a trip to San Diego!!
171.4 lb Lost so far: 21.6 lb.    Still to go: 3.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
