Iv been struggling for a month and two weeks now with binging. I gained 1lb by binging in four weeks. Last week i was finally able to stick to my diet (barely) and ended up losing 1lb that week. This week i binged so much it brought my weekly intake to maintenance. Binging now is just such a habit. And for some reason lately iv always been hungry and just need food. I need to be strong and lose these last 15lbs
120.0 lb Lost so far: 30.0 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
