I was able to get over 20,000 steps yesterday, maintained my RDI, and weighed in this morning at 224.75#.

I have just passed the 30# lost mark from 255# back around ~March 2018. I can do - I will do the NEXT 30#.

224.7 lb Lost so far: 30.3 lb.    Still to go: 39.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
