I don't understand why I'm fluctuating so much. But at I'm down.
304.0 lb Lost so far: 62.0 lb.    Still to go: 154.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Our bodies fluctuate daily from water and food (poo) up to 5-10% sometimes. The more you weigh the bigger the possible fluctuation. Add low carb and could be more if you have some high carb food....
