wow...I am still @ 243 lbs. for the last 3 weeks...I must be not doing enough to drop the lbs. Maybe up my exercise and activities might help some and try to lower my food intake to 1500 instead of 1600 calories...what do y'all think my supporters...glad to welsome some insight on this matter....
