Dr. visit day! Weight is on her scales! Did a 2 week of wearing a device that measured my blood sugar! Ate WFPB on first week and a half and with taking my metformin she said my numbers were really good. Then the last half week changed to low carb and she said if I am staying on low carb I should take less metformin! I don't know how long I will be on low carb but can lower meds! I was happy when I left her office! For next month I know I would be happy with low carb desserts but I'll have to check on low carb dressing with the turkey!
186.7 lb Lost so far: 19.3 lb.    Still to go: 23.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You can find a lot of low carb foods- desserts recipes on Google, pinterest, etc.

Sounds stupid, but I love sf jello. I'd sometimes put some whip cream on top also...
