I am new to this app. Recently gave birth and was frustrated as I was not losing anything and stuck. The frustration was I can’t cut my cubs intake too much as this would affect my milk supply as I’m breast feeding. I’ve been devoted to gym since September and the scale didn’t move even though I could see the difference in centimeters. Started with calorie count on Monday and so far so good. I will do my weigh ins on Fridays so as to track the week as I gym Monday to Friday.
187.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 44.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
