When one feels kinda stalled out, they tend to want to weigh in more to see if what they're doing is working. lol Yay! I have upped my water this week, spent yesterday cleaning my house which idk about you, feels like a good workout lol I also fasted until dinner because I was satisfied with my coffee and water all day. I feel like I'm back on track but we'll see.
196.0 lb Lost so far: 65.2 lb.    Still to go: 46.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 12.6 lb a week

I hear you! I did a ton of projects around the house/yard over the weekend and really felt it in muscles I forgot I had.
