So pretty much back on track. Decided to up the dosage a little to see if it helps with late day hunger. I really need to stick to the diet closely if I want my results to stay consistent.
207.6 lb Lost so far: 6.4 lb.    Still to go: 62.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
