Went on mini vacation for 3 days. Ate 3 big meals...and it obviously shows. Really disappointed. Thought I could control my food selection, and actually thought I would, at worst, maintain the same weight. Will do a fast day today to get back on track. Still don't understand how I could gain 5 pounds in 3 days...to me, I would think that I would have had to eat like 24/7 each day to gain that much...
224.7 lb Lost so far: 31.3 lb.    Still to go: 24.7 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
