Haven’t been logging food. This week was stressful at work & home but I stayed with high protein & avocados... some of the loss is stress so I’m not sure I trust its staying power but it’s fun to see the graph swoop. Found some living options. One day at a time. Life is hard by a yard but a cinch by the inch my Dad always used to say.
