Thanks Jen. You should become a physical trainer. Did you know that sprints work your abs? I didn't but apparently they do have to work harder to keep you stable when you run fast. My abs have been getting sorer as the day progresses. All because of you and your t-shirt!

Haha, well i am very flattered. I did not know that about abs and sprints. Sprints??? You are doing sprints??? I think my teeshirt should be a trainer, lol!

Well, take the term "sprints" with a grain of salt. I run as fast as I can for a bit. A guy ran by at what seemed a leisurely pace for him while I was "sprinting." I gave him the stink eye for making me feel a little dumb but he was too far ahead of me to notice. You will catch up to me in no time at all now that you are rebooting on Monday. Also, you lost WAY quicker than I did and with way sassier fashion. From my perspective, you're the ace.
