I was talking to my apprentice yesterday about me loosing weight. He wants to put on weight. It's as hard for him as it is for me. I need to know this because weight gain is easy for me I assumed the same for everyone.
177.3 lb Lost so far: 17.4 lb.    Still to go: 16.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
