I saw a dietitian to find out how to reintroduce the foods that I wasn't allowed on Phase 1 of the diet so that I wouldn't gain weight...Weight loss is a bit slower now, but that is an even healthier way to loose anyways!
223.0 lb Lost so far: 40.0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.3 lb a week

Yes, let us know what they said! I always say try the foods lowest on the glycemic index and something you've really been missing, many people like to add cereal! lol Also I like to say one new food at a time until you see how your body responds. So tell us, I'm anxious to hear! Glad to see you again and dang girl, you're kicking it!

The dietitian told me to follow Canada's Food Guide, to eat 6 small meals a day, to not eat 2 hours before going to bed & to try to make sure that there is 3-4 hours in between meals. I don't know if I have lost inches with my dieting as I never did my measurements at the beginning, but I do know that I once wore a size 20-22 pant & now I wear a size 18-20 depending on style. Also I do know that one pair of pants that I bought recently was a regular size XL (not a plus size), which I think is the equivalent of 16-18! Also in some cases my top size is changing too depending on style!

wow that is great...follow the dietitians orders and see how that goes...eventually you will find out what works for you and your lifestyle...congrats on losing the sizes...such a great feeling
