Took Tuesday evening and ALL day Wednesday (my actual birthday) off from PS plan - ate EVERYTHING, was frankly a little ill :), but enjoyed every minute of it!! Then, back on plan beginning Thursday. Having a few more cravings since days off and have had a couple of days that were closer to 1000 calories than the 800-850 that I usually try to stay at, but, still, down a pound this week. :). :)
