My second official day on Atkins. (I took a day off to splurge on my birthday) despite my not having been trying too awfully hard on the days prior to my birthday I've already lost 2 pounds. I plan to start spending much more time at the gym now that I've started to really dedicate myself to the diet. I hope that my weigh in next week will reflect my desire to really lose the excess poundage and keep it off.
