Paperback_Suicide's Journal, 24 April 2008

My second official day on Atkins. (I took a day off to splurge on my birthday) despite my not having been trying too awfully hard on the days prior to my birthday I've already lost 2 pounds. I plan to start spending much more time at the gym now that I've started to really dedicate myself to the diet.
I hope that my weigh in next week will reflect my desire to really lose the excess poundage and keep it off.
151.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 26.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Looks like we have another Muskateer people!!!! Welcome aboard. I think you'll find it really easy to follow once the first week is over. I admire your tenancity to work out - that something that I have to work on...
