I still ended up eating out a good bit, but I tried to find substitutions for items like fruit for fries, tea for soda, etc. I completely messed up Monday afternoon however. I did not exercise at all.
343.4 lb Lost so far: 4.4 lb.    Still to go: 200.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
