Awesome 4 lbs in 2 days, hope not all water weight since i'm dealing with some edema issues. Also I forgot to do the weight in yesterday to check off "yes pass and comment" Darn it but yes I did complete yesterdays challenge and will not make that mistake again. Looking for ward to todays challenge also. Good luck everyone.
