Are you accurately tracking everything you're eating using a kitchen scale and not just guessing? You have to be honest with yourself and it's only once you track what you're eating in a normal week that you can make adjustments to decrease calories gradually every week to hopefully start seeing results.

I'd love to be 68kg again.

@Redgirl I experienced the same thing this year and 3weeks ago I made a drastic change. Really changed my calories intake and lowered it drastically also incorporated fasting 16:8, exercising 5-6 times a day, splitting it up between weights and cardio. Also I make myself a bottle 1.5l of green tea every day and make sure I complete it before end of day. Just by making these changes I went from gaining all the time to loosing 4kg in 3weeks. I Good luck and keep chin up, perhaps a little change in what you are currently doing can reset you.

I find the fasting really helps, for me that simply means I close kitchen early... so I try to have supper by 6 or if I’m running really late 7. I find when I eat later the scale shows in the morning. Exercise definitely helps with the mind-set of eating unnecessarily and unhealthy.

Are you eating enough? Eating too little can produce results that are just as bad as eating too much.
