So I was doing really good all day yesterday until I had to go to the grocery store and I was watching TV. At the grocery store I had to pick up some deli stuff, and they always offer you the first slice. Without thinking I took a bite of the cheese. I tossed the rest. Then when I was watching TV I wanted to snack on something desperately. I can't say I was hungry, and I wonder how much eating I do is reflex or habit. Scary.

I am SO hungry today. I went to lunch almost a half hour early. I gobbled down my melba toast while cooking my veal. And how is veal an acceptable protein on VLCD? I logged it here and it said 100g was 209 calories! On another site said it was only 120. With that much variance, I'm eating through the rest of the veal this week and dropping it. Anyway, I seriously could have eaten the core of my apple. But I'm grateful for no headaches thus far in the VLCD.
209.4 lb Lost so far: 4.6 lb.    Still to go: 64.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
