Celebrated Thanksgiving weekend with family and I weighed in today. I lost 2.8 pounds ...What?!?!? 😊💃 happy dance 💃
185.6 lb Lost so far: 3.4 lb.    Still to go: 46.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
