now that the Detox is over I'm tracking my calories and getting back to a keto diet. Things went really well yesterday I was hungry but not starving enjoyed all the food I ate and kept it to 60% of my RDI. I might have share some pictures soon.
226.0 lb Lost so far: 29.3 lb.    Still to go: 61.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
