I’m a little disappointed with my lack of weight loss. I’m at a plateau but I’m starting a new regimen to see if that will help. At least I have not gained (saying this in my head over and over today) I will not starve or punish myself.
140.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
