Well, up and down, huh? That's about it, but as long as its comin' off! My measurements are down. 35 inch waist now. Not too bad for an ol' fatty.

212.0 lb Lost so far: 26.0 lb.    Still to go: 77.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
