2 minggu turun 0,3kg 😂 gak heran jg sih msh suka bandel. Stuck di 58,2-58,5 naik turun terus. Akhirnya minggu ini coba konsisten WO ala @emiwong_ sdh 3x. Alhamdulillah bs turun jg. 0,3kg yg bgt berharga 😅
127.6 lb Lost so far: 21.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
