I had been working at out Orangetheory 2-3 times per week, and swimming at LA Fitness 2-3 times per week. Due to work being extremely busy, I have only been able to go to Orantheory. Since I have always weighed myself using LA Fitness' scale, I haven't weighed myself in over a month. While I show an increase of 1 pound, I am well within my maintenance range. That's the reason for the range - I can fluctuate 1-2 pounds within a week. It's only when I get outside of my range that I start changing my routine. So, for now I'm fine. Hoping to get back to my normal workout routine soon (though may not be until early next year).
