I'm feeling really good and very positive. Even though my weight loss has slowed a little at the moment I know that I'm going to reach my goal. I went shopping to get new shirts for work and I realized I didn't know what size I wore anymore. I'd pick-up a shirt that was too big. Alright!!!! I'm still exercising at least six times a week and it makes me feel so good. Keep pushing forward towards your goal and you will achieve it.
