I'm doing ok right now. My weight loss is slowing down a bit but I'm excited about my progress. I think I need to change up on some of the exercise to jump start my body again. I feel great and I hope everybody is good. We can do this!!! We'll have set backs but we just have to keep looking and pushing forward.

I'm pulling for all my buddies out there.
224.0 lb Lost so far: 38.0 lb.    Still to go: 64.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.9 lb a week

I totally agree, we will all feel so much better and have more energy when we lose this weight. I think exercise is the key I don't have a very good weight loss unless I exercise 4-5 days a week. Have a great week!
