My actual weight loss goal is 170
Hoping to lose it in a year. Or at least by end of 2019🤓
So that would be 120 pounds from now.
289.5 lb Lost so far: 45.5 lb.    Still to go: 99.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
