There have been many sad things happening in my life and around me. My closest friends have been struggling with depression and suicide, my parents aren't happy with each other, and work has been stressful. But these hardships will not put me down. I try to turn negative into fuel for positivity. My struggles are what makes me determined!!
106.4 lb Lost so far: 3.6 lb.    Still to go: 6.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Gosh I am sorry If I may suggest Your friend - perhaps call suicide hotline with your friend and your friend will continue the conversation with the specialist Your parents Hard to watch cuz we envision our family as one and happy But if they are unhappy- this affects you as well. Perhaps they need to hear from you that they are unhappy and they need to do what is necessary to regain happiness and peace as a couple family and persons.
