Ive flatlined for over a year--I need to do something drastic to jump start my body again. Figured I would give keto a try since I've seen some real success stories and I am by far a "meat" eater & protein lover. The hardest part will be giving up my fruit....I LOVE fruit.

please do your research on how to properly do the diet, many people don't and get frustrated or tend to eat in improper macro ratio's. I have been keto for a couple years and switched to carnivore because of food allergy flare up. If you decide to try this out it is really a good plan. here is one of my favorite keto calculators once you get your RDI you go to set your macro's. just pick 20 or below in carbs. they give you a suggested range for protein. https://keto-calculator.ankerl.com/

Blackberries, Blueberries, Strawberries but you get them all in heavy whipping cream ! What’s not to love! Lol. Whach your protein, too much can curb the shedding effects of Keto diet.

Go cold turkey for the first few days. Then you can add in berries. Tomato and avocado are great options too.

Please make sure to supplement salt, the body sheds salt when eating low carb. Have some salty broth or bouillon twice a day, and you will avoid the headaches, dizziness that are commonly called Atkins or keto "flu".

True keto is mostly fats and low carbs and protein, maybe you are thinking low carb not keto being a protein lover?

Also, you don't need to give up fruit; but you do need to watch the carbs. Berries, tomatoes, avocado are good in moderation; as well as low starch veggies
