doing well, feeling good!!!, managed 7 day streak of 10,000 + steps. Managed 4 workouts last week and 2 already this week!!! No carbs or very limited carbs at night. Not hard but I don't deny myself either. Ok weight is not dropping off but this is only my 3rd week so not complaining :-)
