Diet is not changing my weight.. Ugh..

Looks like I'm going to have to focus on the exercise.. Going to the Dr today to check on my blood pressure and make sure exercise is OK.
245.0 lb Lost so far: 25.0 lb.    Still to go: 95.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.1 lb a week

80% diet, 20% exercise. look into intermittent fasting, or keto

All you need is a caloric deficit, you want to learn to eat healthy don’t create any more food issues

Restrictions on food create food issues.

You also need time and learn patience, you did not gain weight overnight you won’t lose it overnight
