I am an unbalanced beam. I am in a bounce house. All of September was a 170’s bounce. Now starting October the same. I don’t think my liver is in Keto mode. I think low sugar low carbs low calories is what was working for me in the beginning , because I am eating low net carbs. No liver no work
176.8 lb Lost so far: 48.3 lb.    Still to go: 36.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
