Hit my first goal today- I’ve lost five pounds! I know it’s small, but I’m focusing on the positive things these days. Even just beware more aware about what I’m consuming has helped me tremendously. I know I can lose this weight. I’m already dreaming about fitting into the clothes I wore a year ago 🤤
165.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 50.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
