Do you know how to blow off the whole week of keeping a diet? Drink 2 glasses of wine and eat a 104 g of Napoleon cake! Scales, are you kidding me????????
127.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 8.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I have no choice just to back on track... but I can’t live without this small treats like a bit of wine or cake... and I can’t understand why after 1 week of healthy food and some wine I lost all my progress🤦🏼‍♀️🤬

Been there. The best part is, you've lost that weight before so you know exactly what to do to do it again!

Don't beat yourself up to much. I wish I could allow myself the cheat meals or a scotch and coke here and their. I'm way to strict on myself and I miss out on things because of it. Their is a fine line and I think you have found it pretty good!

better one week than multiple weeks. i blew an entire month once from one week of my dad visiting! just jump right back up and keep going...the only way you lose more time is if you quit
