ok, this is pretty embarassing but the numbers dont lie. so i'm getting back on track and I'll be working out every day. and keeping my daily calorie count at 2,000 or under. i pulled out my old football workout program from college. I'm going to update my daily workouts and what I"m eating. so leeeets dooooo it!
302.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 12.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 1.1 lb a week
