Gosh, it's been a while.
I haven't been dieting at all, really. I went on a stint of working out pretty harshly for about a month and fell back on that as well. Just not much time anymore, but no excuses.
I have pretty much given up fast food and prepackaged garbage. I'll only eat out if I can't make it home for lunch or I'm running late or something, and even then I tend to just go to subway and eat a turkey sandwich on honey oat.
The big news however, is that I'm sick of being single. And fatties don't get the ladies. At least the ones that are worth a damn, anyways. I gotta lose these love handles, and I gotta bulk up.
I've got a month to do it before I go to the beach, so my work is cut out for me. I've gotta somehow lose weight and gain a bunch of muscle at the same time.
Muscle and Fitness had a good article duo involving a brutal month long workout plan and a very strict diet that when paired allowed for massive muscle gains and effective weight loss.
So here's hoping. The diet is actually a lot easier to deal with than the fat smash. 4 days of reduced calories and carbs and then day five involves an increase in calories and carbs. Rinse and repeat for one month.
Also tons of protein supplements.
