Days of hardly eating and not sleeping well has got me feeling very broken. Guy that I was seeing decided that he would rather be friends and I'm having a hard time with it. Just feel like an empty shell of a woman. I don't feel pretty, smart, in control, etc. Depression is just wearing very hard on me.

going too low on calories tend to keep me from sleeping well.
