Had vodka last night and grape nuts cereal with raisins. Not too bad at night, but had lunch at Ellen's Pancake house with Phyllis yesterday...huge grilled cheese sandwich and onion rings (about 4-5...I gave 2-3 to her.)
143.4 lb Lost so far: 10.6 lb.    Still to go: 18.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
