I started a new weigh-in; going to weigh-in with clothes on, because that's how they will weigh me in @ my doctors appointments. besides it makes sense...we wear clothes all day long and want to look are best....so why not get down to the weigh you want wearing our clothes..it's only 2 to 5 lb. ratio....have a good day y'all...
243.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 44.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I weigh in socks (no way I'm stepping on a cold scale with no socks!!!), panties and bra, just to get a consitent weight. Some of my clothes are heavy, other's are light as a feather (I'm pretty certain the sweater I got on today is made of helium. Hahaha... as opposed to the heavy knitted one yesterday). Fits in good, as I like to weigh in after brekkie and lunch, which is normally when I get "properly" dressed (before that it's just to pull on some leggings to take the girls for walks).
