Very disappointing number. Haven’t been this high on the scale since the beginning of summer. Im supposed to be 113 but all the binges lately made my water weight go up. Im currently extremely bloated to🙄 My goal weight is 106 which means I have 7lbs to go. I should lose 3lbs every two weeks so If I stay on track with 1360 cals A day I should be done by the beginning of November
119.0 lb Lost so far: 31.0 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
