I am continuing to eat well within the guidelines I have been researching. I am down a little in weight although this last week has been quite stressful. This is very pleasing. For many years I have not gotten quite enough sleep and this last week I am sleeping a few hours more. Affirmations and a positive outlook are my new montras. I am 124.5 pounds...I am happy, content, and healthy.
165.5 lb Lost so far: 1.5 lb.    Still to go: 40.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.3 lb a week
