had a good day yesterday. spinach drink, egg and bread, apple, celery, tuna and salad, sausage, onion, salmon, 6 mini wht crackers.
208.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 48.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 2.3 lb a week
